- adapt to minetest -> core change
- replace “Minetest” references with “Luanti”
- replace default references with “Minetest Game’s default mod”
- check other mod files for correct references
- with all changes made, do a white-box test

- change documentation: “Minetest” -> “Luanti”
- update references to the forums and the CDB
- update Repository description
Other sources
- update CDB links where necessary
- ~~update forum post references and links~~ (not in forums)
- ~~update website mod list links~~ (not on website)
